Good Shepherd Lutheran Church of Bridge City is sponsoring an afternoon out to all area parents.

Children ages 4 to 12 may be brought to the church at 1:30 p.m. and picked up no later than 5:30 p.m. During these hours the children will enjoy playing games and working on various crafts. A snack will be provided.

Please call the church prior to December 6th and register your child and/or children. You will be asked the following basic information; name of parent, name of child/children, parent cell telephone number and/or an emergency contact and number. When you call if we are unable to take your call at that time, leave a message and your call will be returned shortly.

The Parents’ Afternoon Out staff are church members, and they look forward to meeting you and your children.

The program began in October.

Also, during the Christmas Parade the church will be open to provide hot chocolate, coffee and water.
