Nine Mauriceville Middle School students were recently selected for the Region 10 All Region Band.

They competed with almost 1500 students from this area for 150 positions. This is the highest individual honor a middle school band student can achieve. The concert will be held on Saturday, Jan. 17 in the Nederland Performing Arts Center at 5:00 p.m.Kathy Smith is the band director for MMS.
