With the start of 2015, Southeast Texas Workforce Development Board has welcomed Judge Brint Carlton as one of their new Chief elected Officials (CEO).

Judge Stephen Brint Carlton is the new County Judge for Orange County and replaces Judge Carl Thibodeaux, who served as Orange County Judge and workforce CEO from 1996 through 2014. Carlton is a lifelong resident of Orange, graduated from Little Cypress-Mauriceville High School and received his law degree from St. Mary’ University. The Honorable Judge Stephen Brint Carlton was sworn into office Jan. 1. Workforce Board members look forward to his expertise and leadership in the coming future.
