The Orange Police Department answered a call in the early hours of Monday morning regarding a burglary in progress at the Quick Stop, int he 3100 block of 16th St.

Upon arrival, officers discovered two black males running from the rear of the building. A chase ensued and one of the suspects was apprehended as he tried to go over a fence.

During the investigation of the scene, officers discovered a hole in the rear wall of the business.

Walter Joseph Fisk, 26, was arrested for burglary of a building and evading arrest. The second suspect escaped, leaving in an unknown type, dark colored vehicle.

Detectives with OPD will continue their investigation.
