Thursday, Feb. 25, at 1:19 am, officers with the Orange Police Department were dispatched to the 6600 block of N. Lutcher, in reference to a roll over accident. Upon arrival and investigation it was determined that a red 2003 Dodge pickup, driven by 51 year old, Roy Arthur Allen of Bridge City, was traveling west bound in the 6600 block of N. Lutcher when he lost control of his vehicle and left the roadway causing his vehicle to turn over. Allen was pronounced dead at the scene by Precinct 2 Justice of the Peace Derry Dunn. The accident is still under investigation by the Orange Police Department.
