The Celebration of Life for Mr. George H. Brown, Sr., 88, of Orange will be Saturday, April 2, at 11:00 a.m. at the Mount Sinai Missionary Baptist Church. Rites of Christian burial will follow in Magnolia Cemetery under the direction of Sparrow Funeral Home. Visitation will be Saturday morning from 9:00 a.m.-11:00 a.m. at the church.

He died March 22, at his residence.

A native of Nacogdoches, he resided in Orange 70 years. He worked in the construction industry and was a member of Labor Local # 853.

Survivors include his wife, Mary Brown; son, George Brown, Jr. and wife, Marilyn, all of Orange and four grandchildren.
