Martha "MeMaw" Goza-Boutwell, 77, died Aug. 31, at her home surrounded by her family.

A native of Shreveport, LA she was a longtime resident of Vidor who loved gardening, singing and cooking, especially for her grandchildren. Martha was passionate about everything she did and loved her family, grandchildren, great grandchildren, brothers and sisters.

A graveside service will be held Saturday, Sept. 3, at 10:00 a.m., at Restlawn Memorial Park in Vidor, under the direction of Memorial Funeral Home of Vidor.

Martha is survived by two daughters, Rhonda Boutwell of San Diego, CA and Jeri Boutwell of Vidor; son, Rodney Boutwell of Austin; five grandchildren, Rhonda Hollon, Nikki Daigle, Matt Bailey, Nelda Hampshire and Danny Hampshire; four great grandchildren, Cody Loftin, Leah Loftin, Jonah Daigle and Jaron Daigle; brother, Max Goza and sister, Pauline Lowry.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Ralph and Emma Goza; brothers, Eugene and Tommy Goza and sister, Caroline Sewell.
