Pop Evil opens the show for Poison

(By Tommy Mann Jr.) Michigan-based rock band Pop Evil, featuring vocalist Leigh Kakaty, opened the Sunday, June 3, 2018, concert for Poison in The Woodlands and delivered a furious 40-minute set of material featuring songs from each of the band’s five albums, which included the songs “Boss’s Daughter,” “100 in a 55,” “Trenches,” “Footsteps,” and “Waking Lions,” and, in the process, earned the band a slew of new fans.
