    For only the third time since 1957 an explosive Bridge City Little League 10-year old All-Star baseball team has won the State Championship.     Once a Bridge City Cardinal place kicker, Matt Bryant, became a Southeast Texas legend Saturday. A kicker for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Bryant was inducted into the Museum of the Gulf Coast, in the museum Sports Hall of Fame.
