    Early voting is underway for the long-awaited, much anticipated runoff election between two local Republican candidates and election day is fast approaching. Candidates Bobby Manshack and Johnny Trahan are both seeking to position of Orange County Commissioner for Precinct 1, which is currently held by David Dubose.     The Bridge City Lady Cardinals softball season came to a screeching halt this weekend courtesy of the Caldwell Lady Hornets.     Flood waters began receding over the weekend and now Orange County officials begin the next task which is damage assessment. Flooding from the Sabine River has left an unidentified number of property and structures damaged.
