    Scammers continue to target Entergy customers in Texas and surrounding states. The con artist calls and tells the customer their electric bill payment is past due, and that service will be disconnected within the hour if payment isn’t made.     The National Weather Service is expecting rain to continue through this evening, before tapering off from west to east. A few lingering patches of rain will occur Friday morning before ending by Friday evening. Rain totals will be one to two inches, with locally higher amounts.     Several months ago, Orangefield Water Supply Corporation (OWSC) sponsored a field survey for interest in expanding our Water and Sewer service in the Victory Gardens Subdivision.
