    All Orange County schools have already announced they will be closed Tuesday because of inclement weather. BCISD advises to pay attention to bridgecityisd.net for information regarding Wednesday's schedule. Parents will also be notified via the School Messenger system.     The National Weather Service in Lake Charles will be issuing a winter storm warning for our entire region, starting late tonight through early Wednesday.     Josephine Barras was born in Orange on March 23, 1913 to Joe and Frances LaRussia. Her parents immigrated to the US around the year 1900 from Sicily Italy. Poppa Joe came to the U.S. first and landed in New York and made his way to Orange. Once settled, he sent for his family, and they entered the U.S. through New Orleans.
