    On Jan. 28, at 4:45 pm., detective’s with the City of Orange Police Department served an arrest warrant on 51 year old Charles Caverley.     Lutcher Theater patrons attending Annie on Saturday, Jan. 23, donated a record-breaking amount of pet food for the Humane Society of Southeast Texas.
