Wednesday, Feb. 4, at 11:00 P.M., officers with the Orange Police Department were dispatched to 1402 16th St., Star Stop # 3, in reference to an aggravated robbery. One suspect was described as a black male, wearing a hoodie style jacket and a dark ski mask, brandishing a pistol. Christine W. Davidson, 91, of Orange passed away Wednesday, Feb. 4, at College Street Health Center in Beaumont. Christine was born April 13, 1923 in Hampshire, Tn., to Covie (Love) and John Whiteside. She had lived in the Orange area since 1988, prior in Hialeah, Fl.. She was of the Church of Christ faith and she enjoyed watching TV. Christine was a loving mother, grandmother, aunt and friend who will be missed dearly.
