The big bright moon hung high in the sky when five of the raccoons showed up for their morning treat. All but one of these coons is a different bunch than those who show up for evening meal. “Rocky” has been a friend for a long time and shows up for both feedings.     An Orange City Councilman was detained and committed by Orange Police officers the evening of Friday, Feb. 3 in the 6200 block of Rosewood in Little Cypress, according to a police report.
