The annual spelling bee, the main fundraiser for GOALS (Greater Orange Area Literacy Services), is set for Friday, March 22, 11:30 a.m.-1:30 p.m. in the Lamar State College-Orange Student Gym. On Saturday, March 2, 2019 at approximately 11:40 A.M. Officer J. Lockett of the Pinehurst Police Department responded to Golden Triangle Emergency Center located at 3107 Edgar Brown Drive in West Orange, Texas in reference to a shooting victim.
