Robert Bob Rolf Shinn, 80 of Dallas, formerly of Orange, passed away at the Medical City Hospital in Dallas, Friday, March 1. Bob attended the Arabi High School in New Orleans, and graduated from the University of Arkansas with a bachelor's degree in Business in 1955, and was a member of the Sigma Chi Epsilon Fraternity.
