    The National Weather Service in Lake Charles continues a flash flood watch for the entire forecast area of southeast Texas, southwest, south central, and central Louisiana. Two to three inches of rain is possible in parts of southeast Texas and western and central Louisiana Thursday.     Tuesday, March 8, Detectives with the Orange Police Department along with the Orange County Sheriff’s Office conducted a traffic stop along Interstate 10 service road in the area of Adams Bayou and MLK in Orange.
