On Thursday, March 10, at 4:51 pm, the Orange County Sheriff’s Office received a 911 call in reference to a shooting at a trailer park in the 12000 block of N. Hwy. 62 in Mauriceville. The American Red Cross opened an additional shelter for people who need to leave their homes because of the floods affecting Southeast Texas.
