    From Orange County Emergency Management Office at 11:05 p.m. Tuesday: All lanes of I-10 East are shutting down. Entire Interstate will now be closed. On March 15, at 11:05 pm East bound Interstate 10 in Orange County has been ordered closed to all traffic due to high water over the highway on the Texas side of the Sabine River bridge.
