    Patricia Anne Tamplin, 68, of Port Neches, died Sunday, March 23, at Methodist Hospital in Houston. Patricia was born July 22, 1945 in Beaumont, to Howard Taylor and Mildred Ingram Taylor. She was a resident of Port Neches for 30 years and a retired Teacher with Bridge City ISD, with 35 years of service. Funeral services will be at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, March 26, at Adams EE Stringer Funeral Home in Buna, with burial at Antioch Cemetery in Buna.     The city of Orange Fire Department responded to a fire at 11:11 p.m. on Monday, March 24 at the First Baptist Church on the corner of 5th Street and Green Ave. The fire was reported by a resident driving by the structure. The building is currently being restored by the H.J. Lutcher and Nelda C. Stark Foundation for use as an addition to the Stark Cultural Venues.
