    It is with great sadness and a heavy heart that we announce the death of Samuel Michael Fulkerson, March 25, at the Medical Center of Southeast Texas. Mike was born in Alton, Ill., Aug. 20, 1948 to Emily and Sam Fulkerson who preceded him in death.
