    Orange County Sheriff's deputies will be getting a pay raise thanks to a rural law enforcement grant of $500,000. Commissioners Court Tuesday voted to accept the grant from the Texas State Comptroller's Office.     Life jackets helped save four adults and two children the evening of Easter Sunday when their boat capsized after taking on water in the Sabine River by Pavell Island.
