Sylvia was born Dec. 24, 1943 in Lake Jackson, to Esther Henrietta (Rodenbeck) and Bill McDonald Walker. She lived in the Orange area for 65 years and was a member of the Trinity Lutheran Church.     Orange County will be experiencing flooded roads in the City of Orange, West Orange, Bridge City, Vidor and some flooding in surrounding jurisdictions as well.
