UPDATE - Danny Ray Ferguson Jr., 39, a Texas 10 Most Wanted Fugitive, is now in custody after turning himself in on Tuesday in Channelview. Ferguson, who is an Aryan Circle gang member, was wanted for parole violation. The arrest was not the result of a tip, and no reward will be paid.
