Bridge City Fire & Rescue responded to a report of a house fire on Edgar Street in Orangefield at 8:24 p.m., Wednesday night. The Continuing Education Department at Lamar State College-Por tArthur is accepting registration for "Junior Discovery 2008," an enrichment program for students entering second, third, and fourth grades in the fall.
