    David Ball For The Record An Orange teenager who murdered a 63 year old West Orange man will have to serve at least 15 years of a sentence before he can be eligible for parole. Braeden Richter, 15, was sentenced on Monday to 30 years after pleading guilty to the May 25, 2011 shooting death of Charles Henry Southard.     Wednesday afternoon, Orange police responded to the 500 block of Lilac in reference to a call of a woman walking through the backyards of several residences. The woman was also trying door handles. Upon arrival at the scene, Officer Michael Roush observed the female walking in the street and Lilac and Zinnia. Roush made contact with the woman who identified herself as Valerie Lynn Berwick, 41, of Orange.
