    Betty Lou Nezat Fulmer, 85, of Orange, passed away Monday, June 22, at the Holly Hill House Nursing Center in Sulphur. Born on April 27, 1930 in Orange, to Numa Luke and Alicia Mary Nezat she was a lifelong resident of Orange, she worked as a telephone operator for Southwestern Bell and later as a secretary for the St. Mary’s Catholic Church Cemetery in Orange for 15 years.
