    Two Bridge City Cardinal baseball players signed scholarships on Monday, July 10, to play at the college level. JS Bearden III and Brice Swanton signed their scholarships in the competition gymnasium at Bridge City High School. Bearden played outfield and was a middle relief pitcher for the Cardinals.
