I’ve been right about that but some areas through the country have had constant downpours. South Louisiana hasn’t had a dry spell. Residents on Pine Bluff Road will not be stranded when culvert construction soon starts. The Orange County Commissioners’ Court approved authorizing County Judge Carl Thibodeaux to sign the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers permit for the construction of a temporary detour.
