    At approximately 9:40 am, there was a three vehicle crash on IH-10 in Orange County between mile markers 863 and 864. The crash involved a truck tractor semi-trailer, a passenger vehicle and an Armored vehicle. According to the investigating Trooper, a 2012 International truck tractor semi-trailer was traveling eastbound in the inside lane on the Interstate.     At the July 31 Texas Transportation Commission meeting, the Commission approved more than $26 million for maintenance to be performed on the Rainbow Bridge between Port Arthur and Bridge City.     In an ongoing effort to improve safety and relieve congestion, the Texas Transportation Commission has approved $140,492.90 to install a right turn lane on SH62 in Orange County.     Texas Department of Public Safety has increased the reward for information leading to the capture of one of the state's most wanted sex offenders to $13,000 for the month of August. John Arthur Volker was born in New Jersey but lived most of his life in Texas and has been on the run for the past 15 years.
