Peggy Albair, owner of Peggy's Place on East Roundbunch Road, said she originally thought construction on the swing bridge on Cow Bayou would be completed and reopened by the end of this month or in November at the latest.     It's back! The 18th Annual Pinehurst Labor Day Senior Citizen's Day Picnic is returning after a one year absence. The event will start at 10 a.m. on Monday, September 3 at the Family Worship Center, 2300 41st Street in Pinehurst. It should end around 12:30 or 1 p.m. Last year's picnic was postponed due to Hurricane/Tropical Storm Harvey.
