Jesse Cruz Jr., 49, a Texas 10 Most Wanted Sex Offender, is now in custody after being captured on Aug. 27 in San Antonio. The next meeting of the board of directors and volunteers for the Friends of the Orange Depot will be held at Grace Lutheran Church, Thursday, Sept. 17, at 5:30 pm, with a gathering at 5:00 pm for refreshments.
