Ruby Lee Miller, 79, of Orange, passed away Friday, Sept. 7, at Dubuis Hospital in Port Arthur. Born on Feb. 11, 1933 in Edgerly, LA., to her parents Willis DeVille and Lillian (Bertrand) DeVille. She lived in Orange for the past six years, and had previously lived in Carlyss, LA. Ruby worked as a brazer for Frigiking in Dallas; she was also a homemaker and she was of the Jehovah’s Witness faith. Ruby will be remembered by her family as a road warrior who enjoyed gong to v...
