    The City of Pinehurst city council will meet at 6 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 17, for a final vote on a 2019 tax rate that’s a smidge less than 2018. The total tax rate of 71.393 cents per $100 value is about a penny and a half under last year’s rate of 72.762 cents per $100.
