The 1937 Orange County Courthouse now has a wheelchair lift at the backdoor, County Maintenance Director Kurt Guidry told Commissioners Court Tuesday during a regular meeting. Guidry said the lift was needed because of recent changes at the courthouse, which houses judicial courts, the district attorney's office, plus other county offices. This week is the last game before district begins next week for the Mustangs. Billy Ray Terrell, age 79, of Orangefield, Texas, passed away on Sunday, September 11, 2022, in Beaumont, Texas. A private memorial service will be held at a later date, by the family.
