    On 10-2-19 at 10:36 PM, Officers of the Orange Police Department were dispatched to IH-10 W. bound at MLK in reference to assisting another agency with a suicidal female walking in the roadway. While attempting to make contact with the female, she crossed the barrier wall into the east bound lane of traffic where she shot herself in the chest.     Thomas Casey Hare, 83 Orange, died on October 2, 2019 surrounded by his family, on the same land on which he entered the world. Tom, or Mick as he was known by his close friends, was born July 9, 1936 to Henry and Elizabeth “Easter” Hare, the 12th of 14 siblings.
