After more than two years since the fatal shooting of James Whitehead by Orange Police Officer Robert Arnold, the family has settled out of court. A husband and wife were arrested Tuesday for possession of marijuana when Orange Police Dept. Narcotics Division executed a search warrant at 901 Dupont. Michael David Bellon, 34, and Jennifer Hickey Bellon, 32, were arrested when officers recovered approximately one pound of marijuana, along with a scale and assorted paraphernalia used in distribution.
