    Steve Bisson, the Bridge City man who has been waiting for a liver transplant, is currently in surgery at a Houston hospital receiving a new liver. Bisson, 55, has been on the waiting list for people who can't wait for several months, and according to his wife Debbie, he doesn't have to wait any longer.     Thomas William Wisser, 72, of Orange passed away in Beaumont, Saturday, Oct. 18. He was born Jan. 28, 1942 to William Roland and Velma (Clark) Wisser in Cincinnati, OH. He served in the United States Navy, and for most of his life he was a truck driver. Thomas was a very adventurous person who received his pilot’s license, and became a cop for a short period of time.     The Little Cypress-Mauriceville Honey Bear Drill Team will hold their 9th Annual Bulls and Barrels Rodeo, Saturday, Oct. 25, at 6:00 p.m. at the Cowboy Church of Orange County Arena, 673 FM 1078, in Orange.
