A steady, cold rain fell throughout the first half of the game at West Point’s Michie Stadium until it turned to sleet fueled by a biting cold North wind which made me feel as cold as I have ever felt in my young life. In what is becoming an annual event, the SETX Kayak Club hosted yet another successful tournament on Sabine Lake last weekend.The two day event drew 31 entries and most had no problem locating the redfish and flounder.
