  • Orange man beaten with axe handle

    An Orange man was treated and released at a Beaumont hospital after an early morning assault. The 40 year old man was found at 4:00 am Friday, in a ditch in the 100 block of Massachusetts, bloodied and with a broken arm. A bloody axe handle was found near the man, and police have a suspect, who is apparently the man’s friend. There have been no arrests made yet, and police suspect alcohol was involved....
