This is to tell you about the time I made my “Praline Cream Pie” (see column 9/6/2006) for one of our family’s traditional Thanksgiving dinners here in Louisiana. Garland Daniel Weeks (Bones), passed away at his residence Nov. 5, surrounded by loved ones. Born May 12, 1943 in Shelbyville, to Daniel and Hazel Weeks. He was raised in Orange and was a retired union pipefitter out of Local 195 in Port Arthur.
