A 26 year old Orange man was arrested after his vehicle had been towed from a fire lane in the 3000 block of MacArthur Dr. Blake James Roy knocked on the door of an apartment security guard in an attempt to locate his vehicle. Charles Arnold McNeely, Sr., 77, of Vidor died Monday, Dec. 17, at Christus St. Elizabeth Hospital in Beaumont. Charles was a native of Rose City, he was a longtime resident of Vidor. Hulen William Turner, 78, passed away on Sunday, Dec. 16, in Starks. Hulen was born in Beaumont, to William and Winnie Hall Turner on Jan. 25, 1934. After serving in the U. S. Army, Hulen and his wife, Sarah, moved to New Iberia where he worked as a mechanic. Together they moved their family to Vinton and then moved to Starks six years ago.
