Jessie E. Mom Spikes, 77, of Port Arthur, passed away Wednesday, Dec. 19, at Christus Dubuis Hospital. Jessie was born June 27, 1935 in Groves, to Otto Powell and Gladys Hester Powell. She was a lifelong Port Arthur area resident and member of Groves First Baptist Church. She was a homemaker and loving mother, grandmother and great- grandmother.
