    Orangefield school Superintendent Dr. Shaun McAlpin presented Haylee Spears with a special recognition for designing this year's Christmas card that the school district is sending.     The Bridge City ISD Service Center won the Mayor's Trophy in the Chamber of Commerce's annual lighted Christmas parade last Saturday. The Mayor's Trophy goes for the best showing of the theme, which was Christmas on the Bayou. A decorated school bus pulled replicas of bayou creatures.     Actress Frances Fisher, who grew up in Orange and is a graduate of Stark High, reunited last week with Kate Winslet and Leonardo DiCapprio, at the premier of Winslet's latest film.
