Former Orangefield ISD Trustee, Donovan Weldon, special-ordered a pipe spreader for his excavator, from the OHS Welding Shop. Mr. Weldon agreed, you can't sell something that you haven't tried out. Pam Guidry. a local Bridge city resident, achieved her dream of competing in the Boston Marathon on April 15, 2024. She is an avid runner and qualified twice for the Boston Marathon. She placed 9th in her age category out of 284 participants in her category, ages 60 to 65. Pam is 65 years old and extremely happy to accomplish her goal of not only finishing the 26.2 mile race at an average 8.30 minutes/mile but placing 9th in her category....

The Orangefield FFA Land Judging Team traveled to Sam Houston State University to compete in the Area IX CDEs. After a successful day of competition, Ethan Welch placed 1st place individual with a score of 231 out of a possible 300 points. Blaine Lenard was 5th place individual with a 198.
