The 20-year bonds, previously agreed upon by council members, would be used to pay for converting the Orange Natatorium into an indoor recreation complex, building a pavilion at the Orange Boat Ramp, for road repairs and streetscape improvements.     Students who plan to take Advanced Placement exams for the AP courses in which they are enrolled should sign up in the Little Cypress-Mauriceville High School counseling office between March 4 and March 28. For non-economically disadvantaged students, the cost will be $94 per exam. The subsidies for economically disadvantaged students have not yet been determined by the state.
