The Orange County Sheriff's Drug Interdiction Unit on Interstate 10 scored again by stopping an Italian vehicle that deputies said had 99 pounds of pot in plastic totes and suitcases. Sales taxes remained strong across Orange County during July, but some entities were not collecting enough to keep up with the increase in consumer prices.
