The Orangefield softball team finished second this year in the District 22-3A standings and advanced to the third round of the state playoffs. Nine of the Lady Bobcats were named All-District by the coaches in the district. Special recognition went to sophomore Aubree Beck as the Defensive MVP. Orangefield High School had three of its student athletes sign scholarships on Wednesday, May 8, to play their sports at the college level.
