Clergy of the Year

Father James Burkart of Orange was one of four priests honored at this years Clergy Appreciation Night for the Houston/Galveston Catholic Diocese.

The Knights of Columbus put on the event in Stafford Texas and the newly appointed Cardinal Daniel Dinardo was one of the many guests of honor in attendance.

Father Burkart was recognized as Clergy of the Year for his service and outstanding work in his home community of Hempstead Texas.
